Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
We handle most repairs and maintenance at no cost to you. Our in-house maintenance team provides quick, professional service. For resident-caused damages or certain optional upgrades, costs may be the resident’s responsibility. When in doubt, just ask – we're here to help!
