Our fearless leader and miracle-maker extraordinaire. You won't catch Jay in the office much – he's usually zipping around town, overseeing construction projects and turning clients' visions into reality. His motto? "Makin’ miracles happen," and that's exactly what he does, one property at a time.

Calls, emails, utilities, applications: there’s a lot of incoming traffic around here. Luckily, Dakota has the controls. Our communications air traffic controller helps callers find answers and keeps the details moving in the right direction, without letting the inbox run the show.
